One thing that really impressed us during our stay at Renaissance was the fantastic customer service. We had some laundry that needed to be held while we went to Hong Kong, and when we returned, both our fresh laundry and main luggage were already waiting for us in our room. It was such a relief not to have to worry about lugging everything up ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

I loved the hotel's location close to a subway station, making it really easy to get around this city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, which were spotless from top to bottom.

This hotel is located in a good position in Chao He Jing Hi-Tech park, near to metro line 9 subway, and easily accessible by public transportation. The rooms are large and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Service is attentive, and the breakfast and lounge offerings are good.

The hotel could benefit from more diverse restaurant options beyond the current Asian and Western choices.

Had a great stay during Christmas at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The location was also ideal, as it was near public transportation and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in a long time, with a great variety of options that catered to different preferences and tastes.

The language barrier was a challenge during my stay, as many of the employees only spoke limited English. However, they were still eager to help and tried their best to communicate with me.

Rooms are outdated and need renovations. Terrible service at check-in, long wait time and unhelpful front desk staff.

This hotel provided excellent service and luxurious amenities. The staff was attentive to my needs, ensuring I had a pleasant stay. The spa and wellness center was top-notch, with a sauna, swimming pool, and massage services available. The restaurant served delicious food, and the in-room breakfast was a treat. the exclusive facilities and location advantages made for a wonderful experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the packed lunches weren't as flavorful as expected. This was a small inconvenience, however, and did not detract from the overall positive experience at this hotel.

Excellent staff, immaculate room, fantastic food selection, safe and comfortable for solo travelers, great breakfast choices, friendly and supportive staff.
